    Project Manager

    Start: Immediate (flexible)    Overview:
    We’re seeking a self-driven, entrepreneurial Project Manager with a background in healthcare (LPN, RN, CNA, or administrative experience preferred) to help launch and manage the licensing process for a 4-bedroom assisted living facility in Bastrop, Louisiana.    This is a performance-based opportunity: rather than hourly pay, you’ll receive an ongoing percentage of the revenue generated by the facility once licensed and operational. You’ll own the process of transforming this home into a compliant, income-generating care facility that can accept Medicaid and SSI residents.Your Responsibilities:
    •Lead the end-to-end licensing process for assisted living in Louisiana (Medicaid eligible)
    •Research and compile all regulatory requirements from the Louisiana Department of Health
    •Prepare and submit required applications and compliance documents
    •Coordinate with inspectors, consultants, or contractors if necessary
    •Help develop an initial business and staffing plan
    •Keep project organized, documented, and on track for launch    You Might Be a Fit If You:
    •Have experience in nursing, home care, medical administration, or a related healthcare field
    •Are organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through
    •Are entrepreneurial, and excited to build long-term passive income
    •Have local knowledge of Bastrop or Northeast Louisiana
    •Can work independently and problem-solve regulatory hurdles    Compensation:
    This is a revenue-sharing role. You’ll receive a percentage of net income generated by the facility once licensed and operational creating a long-term income stream for your project leadership. Exact terms negotiable based on experience and commitment.    How to Apply:
